Christie, Colin
Business Management & Economics
Mr. Christie is a serial entrepreneur, connector and collaborator. He serves as the Executive Director of Global Chamber® Manila, which helps member companies grow globally through a community of CEOs, executives, professionals and students in 500 metros around the world. He has also served on the leadership team of Lifetrack Medical Systems Inc., whose innovative and patented platform for distributed radiology is bringing improved access to high quality radiology in emerging markets. Lifetrack was selected as winner of the Red Herring Asia 100 Awards in September 2016. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of MxSecure, a pioneer in healthcare BPO services, with operations in the Philippines and headquarters in the USA. MxSecure was acquired in late 2012 by M*Modal, the global leader in clinical documentation solutions. He also served as a founding trustee of the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) and is a founding trustee of the Analytics Association of the Philippines (AAP), and is co-founder and CEO of Medcode, Inc, a provider of Health Information Management certification training. Mr. Christie has practiced a life-long passion for embracing transformative technologies, taking leadership roles in multiple industries with companies like Motorola, Philips, and Linfinity Microelectronics. Mr. Christie is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Today, digital has a place in almost all major business functions – strategy, marketing, sales, customer relations, R&D. Mr. Christie, as Dean/Director of Digital Transformation, leads our journey as we shift and transform Enderun’s academic programs and business processes. He is working with the academic leadership team in innovating what we teach, and how we teach, our students to effectively prepare them for careers and industries of the future.

Morales, Ryan
Business Management & Economics
Ryan Morales has over 15 years of experience in building and running small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2014, he participated in the inaugural MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, an intensive program that connects entrepreneurs from around the world. Altering his career trajectory, this experience led him to a teaching position at Enderun Colleges. Ryan also attended the Price-Babson Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators in Babson College, an action-based program that provides its participants with the toolkit, playbook, and best practices for teaching entrepreneurship. He earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University, where he graduated with distinction.

Salipsip, Jun, PhD

Mr. Salipsip earned his BA from Ateneo de Zamboanga, his MBA from University of the Philippines Diliman, and PhD in Management with distinction from International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME). He was country manager of chemical company Dow before being Pacific Area marketing and sales training manager for Dow Pacific. Now, Mr. Salipsip is a performance consultant for Wilson Learning, and executive director of American Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (Amcham) Foundation.

Rodriguez, Raul, PhD

Mr. Rodriguez is a cum laude graduate of BS Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU). He was formerly the information technology director of Colgate-Palmolive Philippines, vice president for information technology of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, and general manager of SPI Technologies. For two years, he worked as the chief information officer and head of corporate management services of Maynilad Water Services. Mr. Rodriguez is currently director for management and IT consulting firm Xenxatech, and lecturer at ADMU’s School of Management.
Internship
The first internship, undertaken during the student’s sophomore year, offers broad exposure to the workings of international-category hotels, resorts, and caterers, and reinforces classroom instruction on hotel and restaurant operations with entry-level experience in hotel departments such as front office, housekeeping, sales and marketing, food & beverage and culinary arts.
A second internship, reserved for seniors, synthesizes lessons from Enderun’s general management curriculum and offers students the opportunity to gain real-world supervisory experience in local hotels. Seniors may also complete their senior internships abroad and gain international exposure in leading hotels and restaurants around the world.
